1. Preorder Timelines
All items in our store are available for Preorder only.

Estimated Shipping Window: Items are estimated to ship within 6 to 10 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Production Policy: This window allows for high-quality production and quality control of your limited-edition pieces.

Updates: We will provide email updates if any unforeseen manufacturing delays occur that extend beyond this 8-week window.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
We aim to keep our shipping simple and transparent:

Domestic Shipping: We offer a $12 Flat Rate for all orders within the United States.

Carrier: Orders are typically shipped via [USPS/UPS/FedEx]. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your preorder is ready for dispatch.
3. Local Pickup (Free)
If you are local to NW Indiana and the Chicagoland Area, you can bypass shipping fees by selecting Local Pickup at checkout.

Cost: $0 (Free).

Notification: You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email once your preorder items have arrived and been processed.

Pickup Location & Hours: Location and hours will be shared directly with you. Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
Ari is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit before delivery, please contact us at ari@ari-studios.co so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Important: Legal Note for Preorders
According to FTC rules, if we cannot ship your order within the stated 10-week window, we must notify you of the delay and provide you with the option to either agree to the new date or receive a full refund.
