SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS We make every effort to display colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be accurate. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND PREORDERS

  • Offer to Purchase: Your order is an offer to purchase. Ari reserves the right to decline any order for any reason.

  • Preorder Terms: Many of our items are sold as Preorders. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item is not yet in stock and is being manufactured specifically for this drop.

  • Payment: For preorders, payment is collected immediately at checkout to fund the production run.

  • Final Sale: Due to the limited nature of our production, all preorder sales are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once the order is placed. Exceptions are made only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. You represent that the credit card information provided is correct and you are authorized to use it.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Estimated Windows: Preorder items are estimated to ship within 6 to 10 weeks. These are good-faith estimates and are subject to manufacturing delays.

  • FTC Compliance: If we cannot ship within our estimated window, we will notify you and provide the option to agree to a new date or receive a full refund.

  • Risk of Loss: Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services, including all designs, text, logos, graphics, and photography, are owned by Ari and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Ari designs is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS We may provide access to third-party tools (like SMS or Email apps). We provide these “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any harm related to your use of third-party websites or services.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Ari is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Ari, and you release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases.
